What is an Auto-Replenishment Subscription?
Auto-replenishment subscriptions are an easy way to make sure you’re always stocked up on your favorite Glo Skin Beauty products. You choose how often you want to receive your products and we handle the rest! Once you sign up, we will automatically bill you and ship your products on your desired schedule.
How do I sign up for an Auto-Replenish Subscription?
To sign up for auto-replenishment, go to an eligible product you would like to subscribe to and select the Subscribe + Save option, choose your desired frequency and then check out as normal.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Making changes to your subscription is easy. Login to your account and navigate to the “My Subscriptions” section under the My Account page. There you are able to pause, cancel or edit your subscription. You can make changes to your subscription up to 24 hours before your subscription is set to renew.
How can I change my payment method?
To change your payment method, login to your account and navigate to the “My Subscriptions” section. Select “Edit Payment” and enter your updated payment information, then hit Save.
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, login to your account and navigate to the “My Subscriptions” section. Select “View/Update” and then “Cancel” to cancel your subscription. If you want to pause your subscription, you can do that by selecting “Pause.” You can cancel or pause your subscription up to 24 hours before your subscription is set to renew.
Do I need an account to have a subscription?
Yes. You will need an account to sign up for auto-replenishment to ensure you are able to pause, edit or cancel your subscription. An account is also required to be able to see future and past delivery details. To create an account, click here.
When will my subscription be delivered?
Your subscription will be delivered based on the frequency you choose when signing up. You will receive a confirmation email the day your subscription renews, and another email with tracking information once your subscription ships.
What happens if my address changes?
If your delivery address changes, login to your account and update the shipping address under “My Subscriptions” before your next delivery is set to ship.
Is there a cut-off date to make changes to my subscription?
Yes. All changes to your subscription will need to be made 24 hours before your subscription is set to renew. You can make all changes under “My Subscriptions” in your account.
Is Auto-Replenish available for all items?
No. Items that are available for auto-replenishment will have an option to select “Subscribe + Save” on the product page.
Can promotion codes be used on subscription orders?
No. Promotions cannot be applied to auto-replenishment orders.
Which payment options are available for subscriptions?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. At this time, AfterPay is not a payment option with Subscription orders.
Can I return items from my subscription order?
Yes. Our standard return policy is applied to all auto-delivery orders. See our return policy here.
What are the benefits of Auto-Replenish?
